Having finished at Manchester Met with a BA (Hons) Marketing degree, my first role took me to London where I started working for an events agency as a campaign marketer before stepping into a broader marketing communications role for a global construction company. 

After 7 years in London, I returned to Manchester which is where my marketing recruitment career started. I had an 18 month spell with a global recruitment firm before receiving a message on LinkedIn from the owner of a tiny boutique agency called Forward Role, then a one man band, asking me to come in for a chat. The vision for the business and expansion plans matched my own ambitions perfectly. Over 10 years later, I’m extremely proud to be leading our Executive Search division and helping make strategic decisions about how we can continue to expand the business across Europe and the U.S

My focus at Forward Role is centred around recruiting Director & C-suite level roles for exciting growth brands and maximising our client relationships for the wider business.

Outside of work, I love eating out, exploring our beautiful countryside and keeping my young daughter and new baby boy entertained. If I can squeeze in a trip to the Alps for a few days snowboarding, I’m all over it.
