Exhibitors will be ready and waiting to tell you all about what it is like to work for them and what you can expect from pursuing a career with them. There will also be some training providers and educational establishments to talk about how they will support you alongside employers.

EqualEngineers connects inclusive employers with diverse talent in engineering and technology.

We want to increase social mobility within the engineering and technology profession. EqualEngineers specifically targets female; ethnic minority; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+); and disabled engineers, and other underrepresented groups in the profession.
