Forward Role always aims to build a relationship with their client and the participants of the workshops they deliver. They do this by customising a programme of workshops on the desired learning outcomes together with regular consultations and evaluations.

Once this relationship has been established and the foundations of a relaxed, creative and positive environment have been built then themes and issues can be explored.
