National coding week kicks off on the 18th September and as part of this Forward Role will be sponsoring the Django Girls and Rails Girls workshops, held at the Autotrader UK Offices, First Street Manchester on the 23rd September.

The Django Girls workshop involves creating a website using Python and Django and the Rails Girls workshop involves creating a web application using Ruby on Rails with the aim of making programming more accessible with the help and guidance of experienced coaches, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Steve Thompson, MD at Forward Role commented:

“Forward Role is really proud to be asked to sponsor Django girls and Rail girls. We're passionate about championing events like this that support the grassroots and diversity in the tech industry. It's a nice way for us to give something back to a key sector that we service"
