Meet the Team

​Hi! I’m Charlotte and I make up part of the Digital Marketing team here at Forward Role, specialising in digital performance marketing across PPC, paid social & media, affiliates and display. Prior to being a Roller, I worked in recruitment for three and a half years, predominantly recruiting across the North West’s HR market, and Accountancy and Finance.

After working for many years in hospitality since an early teen, I studied Law at Leeds Beckett University – Leeds forever holding a place in my heart but bringing me to the realisation that a career as a Solicitor was not for me! I don’t think there’s many Recruiters out there that say they don’t love people – speaking with, engaging with and building longstanding relationships – but I truly do! And that’s where I absolutely found my passion in recruitment, introducing quality talent to some of the exciting businesses in the NW.

Outside of the professional world, I’m a country girl at heart having lived up on the Pennines for all of my life, being raised on a farm around as many animals you can think of – including horses which I used to ride all over the UK competitively. No four legged friends now though, at the weekends you’ll find me either out in the great outdoors, or nestled in the corner of a local pub - but always eating!
