You can hear more about Bill’s varied career from Hotel Management and working for Trusthouse Forte’s supply division to setting up his own foodservice distribution company, Holroyd Meek. By 1994 Bill had grown the comapny to £190m turnover serving over 7,000 restaurants across the UK which he eventually sold to Booker in 1995 and started his own investment company.
