You’ll have extensive experience using website monitoring and reporting tools like Google Analytics and custom CRM systems to dissect data and make informed strategic decisions, while your excellent project management skills mean you can see any work through from start to finish.

Most importantly of all, you’ll have the excellent people-management skills necessary to empower and develop your team — after all, they’ll be your greatest asset. Beyond being accountable for budgets and strategy, you’ll also be able to connect with your staff on a personal level to drive them to be the best they can be — and generate incredible results.
