You’ll play an important role, helping to support customers by resolving issues & supporting the 1st Line Analysts in complex situations.

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to sites within the North West.
• Provide support to customers and 1st Line Analysts by resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
• Working with 3rd party suppliers & escalating more complex issues to 3rd Line.
• Take ownership of user requests.
• Proactive resolution of problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Ensure all documentation & systems are kept up to date.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure.
• System monitoring.
• Desktop/laptop builds.
• Access management.
• Software installations.
• Microsoft support.
• Answer calls and maintain an agreed response rate.
