Account Director - Communications & PR - Pharmaceuticals
Our client is one of the leading global Communications and PR agencies based in central London, looking for an Account Director to act as a day-to-day lead for global pharmaceuticals accounts.
The accounts work across multiple disease areas including cardiovascular, neurology, immunology and oncology, and the work is across a broad range of activities, including:
- Documentary film premieres
- Social media
- Data comms
- Patient advocacy
- Diseases awareness campaigns
You will work closely with the senior leadership team, working on the strategic direction of individual global pharmaceuticals accounts and its implementation by the team. You'll be responsible for the management of a graduate, 2 Account Executives / Senior Account Executives and an Account Manager.
Essential skills and experience will include:
- Expertise and strong experience in pharmaceuticals and healthcare communications and PR
- An excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Strong team management skills
- Strong experience in strategic healthcare communications internationally - either agency or in-house
