Account Director, Award Winning Digital Agency, Greater Manchester

Forward Role are proud to be working with an award-winning digital agency based in Manchester City Centre in their search for a Digital Account Director to join the team. This is a pivotal role for the agency and you will take a lead on key retained accounts and focus on the commercial side of driving forward client accounts.

They are looking for an Account Director who is curious and excited by working out how to do things differently! This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established agency, leading client account plans and collaborating with the wider teams covering SEO, PPC, social, content and web development.

As Digital Account Director you will be well-versed with really getting to know your clients and understanding their needs, with the ability to translate this back into accurate briefs for the wider team to work on. You’ll be able to advise on the full breadth of the agencies digital services and will constantly have a focus on the commercials, looking for ways to get the best results for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing key client relationships and acting as the link between agency and client.
  • Creating commercial opportunities with current clients to maximise revenue growth.
  • Client account planning for high value accounts
  • Become an integral part of your clients marketing team
  • Contributing to pitches and new business
  • Client reporting and providing strategic direction for accounts
  • Liaising with the PPC & SEO teams, relaying performance monthly and yearly.

Skills:

  • Commercially driven with the ability to seek out a campaigns value.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Curiosity to work out how to do things differently.
  • Excellent at leading presentations
  • Prior experience of managing PPC and SEO accounts
