Forward Role are excited to be working exclusively on this brilliant opportunity for a talented Account Manager to be part of an ambitious B2B digital marketing agency based in the Northern Quarter. Having recently won a number of new clients they are looking for a talented Account Manager to help lead their client services function.
As Digital Account Manager you will be the next key hire in the growth of the agency and will be responsible for dealing directly with a number of clients, ensuring they are kept fully updated with project progress. The agency focuses on complex buyer journeys, content led marketing, web builds and marketing automation. Prior experience of marketing automation would be a major bonus!
This agency is a fun, social team with a really relaxed culture and so are looking for someone proactive and excellent with communication, who would love the opportunity to be a key voice for the agency in client meetings. Not only do they win awards they also have an office dog!
As Account Manager you will be working with the client direct to ensure that projects meet delivery dates and tasks are delegated accordingly. A flair for project management would be ideal as a number of their campaigns are based around website builds, as would a genuine interest in B2B marketing.
- A genuine interest in B2B, particularly tech-related B2B would be a bonus.
- The ability to drive a project to completion - keeping the client on-track
- The ability to communicate confidently with and advise clients
- An ability to turn a campaign or project into clear briefs for the team of designers, content writers and web developers.
- Someone with the ability to introduce and maintain processes around project management, time management, budgets and billing.
