Affiliate Manager

Salary up to £50k

Didsbury – hybrid working

Are you are an experienced Affiliates Manager / Leader looking to take to next step up in a PE-backed business that is making waves across the professional services industry? Forward Role are proud to be partnering with a high-growth, private equity backed Customer Acquisition / Lead Generation organisation who, at a time of hyper-growth, are undergoing a hugely positive digital marketing restructure, and company rebrand over recent months which has seen this brand new role being created for the business. An exciting strategic roadmap has been set in place by the CMO, which will see the post-holder lead the Affiliates function in its entirety in what’s already stacking up to their busiest ever year!

You will be experienced in managing and maintaining third party relationships with strong negotiation and analytical skills, and be able to produce detailed reports and manage multiple data streams with a strong focus on maximise ROI on leads generated by their affiliates. You will also have experience setting up campaigns, reporting, and optimization to drive performance in alignment with wider marketing team objectives, all whist working in a friendly and close knit team of 4 in Performance Marketing.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Source and manage third party lead generators (affiliates)
  • Negotiate fluctuating lead costs
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Head of Marketing Performance
  • Data analysis with a particular focus on identifying trends
  • Managing strict budgets
  • Attend and report at daily trading meeting’s
  • Work with affiliates closely to improve performance
  • Identifying creative ways to increase bottom line figure
  • Landing page building and audience targeting

Your background:

  • Account management or experience in managing 3rd party affiliate relationships – experience within a lead generation environment highly desirable
  • Working to strict targets and deadlines
  • Managing large budgets effectively
  • Organisation and numerical skills are paramount to this role
