Amazon Vendor Manager

I have partnered with one of the UK’s largest homewear manufactures on a really exciting role for all the Amazon Vendor experts. Reporting into the Head of E-commerce & working closely with the E-commerce Technical Manager, You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Ideally you will have a proven track record of maintain strong Vendor relationships & can demonstrate how you have grown Vendor accounts in previous roles, then this role will be perfect for you.


  1. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Manager contacts.
  2. Create, regularly update, and maintain product listings, ensuring they meet Amazon's guidelines while emphasizing accuracy and relevance.
  3. Enhance product visibility and conversion rates by optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales, including leveraging Sponsored Products, Deals, and other promotional opportunities.
  5. Continuously monitor and adjust advertising budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
  6. Manage and optimize our Amazon brand store as a primary endpoint for Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
  7. Conduct thorough competitive research to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  8. Implement strategies to maintain competitiveness within the Amazon marketplace.
  9. Oversee and manage forecast and availability data to ensure comprehensive product coverage.
  10. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure precise demand forecasting and inventory replenishment for top-performing product lines.
  11. Regularly analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to identify growth prospects and areas for improvement.
  12. Generate reports and offer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  13. Maintain and optimize pricing levels to enhance conversion, utilizing product lifecycle discounts to facilitate the sell-through of aged stock.
  14. Engage with Bulk Buys and anticipate future demand to optimize the trade velocity of all brands.
  15. Stay current with Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
  16. Swiftly address and resolve any compliance issues that may arise.

Required Experience:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience working with the Amazon Vendor portal and its associated processes.
  2. Strong attention to detail and a track record of working with a high degree of accuracy.
  3. Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from collected data.
  4. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
  5. A robust commercial mindset focused on driving business success.
