Assistant Paid Search Manager

Manchester city centre – hybrid working

£35k – flexibility to increase for ideal candidate

This fashion house is a household name, and their online presence is one to be reckoned with. Their Paid Search function accounts for a sizeable proportion of company revenue, and so is a fundamental channel of their diverse and market leading digital marketing function. An opening has arisen in the well-established function, for a passionate and ambitious Assistant Paid Search Manager to assist the Paid Search Manager in leading this fast paced department. This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Paid Search / PPC Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career, with a reputable and widely known brand.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage and execute Paid Search campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
  • Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, a/b tests and ad creative.
  • Implement and analyse paid search betas.
  • Tracking KPIs and producing useful reports for management
  • Manage bids using SA360.
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Work with Marketing Acquisition Manager and Head of Digital Marketing to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the wider paid search and digital marketing strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly campaign reports, as well as bespoke, ad hoc analysis
  • Support with training requirements & mentoring for junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills when working within the team, wider team and when working externally with suppliers
  • Work with and maintain a strong working relationship with our ad-platform representatives

Your skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search & shopping campaigns
  • Proven track record in driving successful PPC campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google AdWords & Microsoft Ads
