Our client is a rapid growth SaaS and outsourcing business who are looking to grow their commercial team with a dedicated Bid Writer.

For this role, we’re looking for candidates with the skills and experience to help continue their growth with successful coordination and delivery of RFP, ITT, and PQQs in both public and private sector tenders.

The Role:

This is a role focused on the ownership of tender documents for the group – involving coordinating various departments, ensuring the relevant information is gathered and presented, and owning the final delivery of the submission. Previous experience in sourcing and winning bids with public and private organisations is a must. Working with two brands will provide the opportunity to voice two diverse brand personalities. Successful applicants will need to be driven and versatile, with a track record of success.

Utilising websites and software (subscriptions will be provided where required) to source relevant opportunities
Coordinate the relevant departments to gather all necessary information and data for the submission from PQQ to RFP
Ownership of communication with the tending organisation throughout the process up to commercial negotiation
Delivery of final submissions

The Candidate:

The following are preferred, but not essential. A sufficiently strong portfolio or application may exempt applicants from some requirements.

An experienced bid writer ideally with experience of public and private sector tendering
Strong working knowledge of all MS Office programmes, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven self-starter
2 Years + in a similar role
