PPC Manager –  Global Media Agency- New Manchester Office, £35,000

Forward Role are proud to be partnering exclusively with a global media agency based in Manchester City Centre who are creating a new performance team in the North. With the expansion of the team, they are looking for a PPC Manager to support the Biddable Director and Head of the Manchester office, aligning biddable activity across the agencies within the group.

This is a paid media focussed role where you’ll be at the forefront of testing new technology and softwares across both PPC and Paid Social, which will be passed on to the wider agency group and will help establish best-practise across biddable channels. Proven experience of PPC (and ideally paid social) are a given, as is experience of on-site analytics and platforms.

As PPC Manager you'll support on global blue-chip clients & this agency are looking for someone with proven experience across all paid media channels (particularly PPC) who loves trying new things. It's a new team for the North, so the progression opportunities are brilliant with scope to have a real say on the growth of the team!

This is a really exciting and unique opportunity to join a growing Manchester team where you’ll have the ability to help shape both the role and also how the team develops and expands for the future. It will give you real autonomy, whilst learning from the Biddable Director and having the process and backing of a global media giant.

As PPC Manager you will be:

  • Experienced with PPC and/or Social campaigns
  • Agile and a lover of trying/testing new ways of doing things
  • Inquisitive and be willing to get stuck in!
  • Commercially driven
  • Experienced with ad serving platforms, bid management platforms and skilled across Google AdWords and Analytics

Working alongside the London and Manchester teams within the group you’ll have responsibility for supporting with senior internal and external relationships and will support on client campaigns, meaning you’ll need to be comfortable being hands-on with paid media activity. As PPC Manager you’ll take ownership for implementing technology and data solutions and own the biddable budget for planning alongside the Director.

This agency are global, but down to earth. They have a relaxed feel about them and like staff to feel autonomous in their role, whilst being supported by the wider group. They have achieved great success over the last 12 months and this role is a key hire for them as part of their 2019 plans! If you’re a bit fed up of working in a network agency where you don’t have much say on new ways of doing things, then this role would be ideal.
