About the role…

  • Develop, lead and coordinate content strategy across social, blog and emails.
  • Work with necessary partners to devise creative strategies to capture the aspirational lifestyle brand message, supported by stories and high quality photography & videography.
  • Create, drive and excite the brand strategy for customers whilst ensuring that the brand message is communicated across all channels.
  • Ensure that content production is to the highest quality across socials, emails and blogs.
  • Planning and organising events to increase brand awareness.
  • Create and implement email & SMS strategy and make use of lead data within the CRM.
  • Track and understand the brand perception and positioning amongst customers including customer surveys, competitor and marketplace analysis.
