Our client, a leading Financial Services Business in South Manchester, is looking to recruit a Brand and Communications Manager to join their Marketing team.
The role responsibilities include:
To work with the Head of Marketing to develop and periodically update the companys brand marketing strategy.
To utilise the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan
To work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver an integrated communications plan
To co-ordinate communications in-line with brand guidelines
To run effective marketing campaigns from conception through to delivery
To oversee all advertising campaigns ensuring consistency and continuity
To oversee and deliver the brand shows and event communications plan
To work with the Design manager to ensure consistent Brand guidelines are adhered to
To have a full understanding of classic and digital marketing techniques to ensure successful delivery across channels
To manage the Advertising and Direct marketing function ensuring successful and targeted campaigns are delivered in a timely manner
To manage the PR communications and Market Research activity
To produce clear ROI reporting of all scheduled activity
To provide clear and insightful weekly quotes performance
Act as an ambassador for the Brand and the values that underpin the company

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

Strong management and organisational skills
Strong and proven marketing experience
Excellent communication skills
Creative thinker with proven campaign experience
Understanding of digital marketing and how cross channel marketing can influence performance
Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
Analytical skills, with a strong ability to quickly interpret data and information, research and data
Ability to create recommendations and actions on the back of that data and information
Passionate about driving campaign ideas forward
Able to work off site, at shows and events and outside working hours when necessary
Knowledge of branding and communication techniques
A solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and effective way, both verbally and in written form
A senior level understanding of creative services/suites
Superior planning, project management and analytical skills
Knowledge of budgeting processes and management
Knowledge and proven experience in delivering performance based results
Knowledge of marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
Proven track record of brand management and implementation
Understanding of design principles and how to apply them to customer communications
Thorough understanding of Market Research techniques and measurement
Knowledge of PR principles and the application of measurement of these
Understanding of both classic and digital marketing principles
