Exciting opportunity to join a growing fashion business, who are going from strength to strength thanks to their ability to be ahead of the trend and pivot quickly when needed.
As the Brand & Creative Manager you will help to shape how the brand moves forward. You will report into the Head of Brand and have a team of 2 reporting into you.
Role is based in Manchester.
About the role:
Manage and deliver creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business. This will mainly include photoshoots.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and meetings. The clients’ turnaround can be as quickly as 1 day - from photoshoot to pushing out on website and social.
Must have a full understanding of the target market and the consumer – how do they want to see the brand express itself, how do they want to see the product?
Working with internal teams, ensuring consistency and that all campaigns are completed to a high standard.
Continuously create and produce outstanding campaigns that drive growth, from creative strategy through to copy, design, and production.
Ideally from an agency background (SAM/AD)
Must have fashion or retail/ecommerce experience
Track record of creative leadership.
Must have a strong background in brand, design and creative industry experience.
Ability to think creatively about requirements and deliver to the high standards expected of and for the brand.
Experience in fast paced environment.
