Full remote working - HQ is North Wales

As a small-medium sized organisation, they are already trading their handcrafted artisan products across the UK and internationally. There is a close-knit team working with big aspirations to continue on their growth trajectory and this Brand Manager will be at the centre of those plans. The prospects for the company are very exciting and we are looking for someone who can grow with the business. This role will suit someone with previous brand ownership responsibility with a premium product.

Role responsibilities:

  • Development and management of digital, consumer and trade marketing campaigns
  • Creative briefing of brand and corporate assets such as POS and photography
  • Using brand assets to create inspiring and effective brand campaigns
  • Development of platforms to ensure that we meet the needs of key markets/customers and consumers
  • Development of trade and consumer PR and Social Media channels in the UK via management of partner agency
  • Key role in the development of NPD from concept stage through to full market launch
  • Champion the consistency of brand presentation and message across all marketing channels
  • Organise attendance at key trade shows in the UK and Internationally
  • Management of brand budgets

The successful applicant will: -

  • Ideally be degree qualified in Marketing or related subject
  • Previous experience of working with FMCG premium food or drink categories
  • Have a strong digital skill set and experience of running campaigns across social media - paid / organic
  • Have experience of working collaboratively as part of cross functional team
  • Be able to think strategically and have the capacity to challenge the status quo
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a winning mentality
  • Be a team player
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be committed to gaining and maintaining a competitive edge over the competition
  • Have good time and project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Have good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Be creative and can produce new ideas
