Forward Role has an exclusive opportunity to join an award-winning digital construction business, who are on the hunt for their next Business Development & Marketing Manager

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage internal CRM system in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Monitor performance, providing analytics and comprehensive reports.

• Act as the line manager for the Marketing Assistant, nurturing personal development.

• Create the marketing plan and content strategy, collaborating with the Marketing team to execute it effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and bid experience, preferably at a senior level.

• Experience in a relevant sector.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A keen eye for design – familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.

• A highly organised and conscientious individual, genuinely enthusiastic about the role.

• Strong commercial acumen.
