This start-up’s mission is to deliver solutions that tackle current and future cyber security challenges whilst creating lasting business value. They are striving to be recognised as strategic partners in the field, offering expert guidance to businesses navigating today’s uncertain digital landscape.

Founded by two visionary entrepreneurs who are passionate about revolutionizing the cyber industry. As they embark on an exciting journey, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team and be a pivotal part of the company’s growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to become the first sales person in the business, setting the sales strategy and actively shaping the future of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy – Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Market Research – Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target industries, and emerging opportunities
  • Lead Generation – Generate high quality leads through various channels
  • Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions accordingly

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B technology-related industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Experience in setting up sales processes and strategies is a plus
