Business Transformation Director – London - £110k

My client is a global transport business who have accelerated in growth over th last half a decade. They have expanded globally to home over 300 employees and are in a position to take further market share. The business has grown up fast, and has large areas of immaturity across people, process and technology. They require a transformation leader who can audit the existing businesses processes, systems and procedures and build a platform for continued growth. Strong experience of building robust governance models, evaluating existing business/creating recommendations and then the management of the portfolio. It's a real greenfield challenge, and one that'll need an analytical thinker with proven experience of providing platforms for growth. A consultancy background would suit this role beautifully, although someone who has driven transformation in a mid-tier business would suit. There isn’t a massive team to support delivery, and the correct individual will be tasked with hiring and growing a function from scratch.

The company are based in London and operate a hybrid model, with 2/3 office days required. The role is paying £110,000 plus exceptional benefits.
