Campaign Analytics Manager - Remote

Forward Role are working with an extremely reputable financial services business, who are known for their incredible customer service and dedication to their customers. This is a very exciting time to be joining the team with a focus on bringing a new, innovative approach to the way of working.

As a Campaign Analytics Manager you will lead a team of specialist campaign analysts, driving best practice of the design and implementing customer campaigns, customer journeys and campaign triggers.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong campaign management control framework
  • Championing a test & learn culture, always looking for ways to improve and continuing to challenge activity, ensuring it is always aligned with the overall goals and optimisation of marketing spend.
  • Manage the new and recurring campaign work, working collaboratively with others teams to plan effectively
  • Providing leadership and coaching across marketing, supporting with prioritisation and resource planning
  • Leading the design of the campaign tools (IBM Campaign) for commerciality and to create Single Customer View
  • Support with the utilisation of a new campaign management tool, ensuring maximised and effective use to support customer contact strategies.
  • Based on previous campaign evaluations, make customer selections and recommendations – using the most relevant analysis to measure and evaluate
  • Support the teams understanding of who the customer is, their value, our value to them and how best to serve them through actionable customer segmentations
  • Deep dive customer and marketing analytics, producing commercial insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Create and manage a KPI dashboard, to measure CRM performance against targets
  • Evaluation of campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimisation

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Experience with a range of data techniques
  • Advanced user of SAS and Excel
  • Advanced user of campaign management tools
  • Ability to get the mist out of campaign tools
