Client Account Manager – Marketing Insights Agency – Retail

Are you an integrated Account Manager with a passion for consumer data, insights and strategic client management?
An impressive marketing insights agency are on the looking out for an ambitious Account Manager to join their strategic client services team in Manchester.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail brands, establishing and nurturing strong strategic relationships and using consumer behaviour and data insights to forge marketing strategies for multi-channel campaigns from paid search through to direct mail.
Acting as a strategic partner to your clients, you will liaise with key stakeholders at varying levels, to devise strategic marketing strategies based from insights and analysis to help them achieve their goals. You will then pass briefs through to internal terms to create the campaigns, managing efficiently to ensure everything is delivered on time and to brief.
You will manage all client communications, being the first point of contact and attending regular client meetings. Ideally you will have a love for insights and data, meaning you're good with numbers, and comfortable working with excel – spreadsheets are your friends!
So if you’re a natural problem solver, commercially minded, eager to learn, enjoy numbers and forging lasting relationships, then this is the role for you. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience an integrated agency or retail marketing environment with an understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce and direct mail.
