Forward Role are working with an exciting, multi-brand customer focused business who are looking to recruit a Conversion Optimisation Manager to join the innovative Marketing team, based at the HQ in Cheshire.
As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for driving improvements to the customer experience. Through the use of analysis, user research and testing you will aim to increase conversion and sales across the different brand websites.
You will manage the CRO programme and develop strategy around testing and personalisation, and strongly influence content and development across the sites.
This role is key to develop and improve the overall user experience and website performance, which is essential to help drive business growth.
Role & responsibilities:
Manage the CRO programme / roadmap, covering a/b testing, MVT and personalisation
Drive the test and learn culture throughout the organisation
Analysis and insight - understand user behaviours and journey through web analysis and the use of user research. Tap in to other data sources such as email to understand the full journey.
Use the data and research to recommend new/improved site features and content
Manage end to end testing process (hypothesis, research, measurement, analysis, recommendations)
Influence the development roadmap based on your understanding of the customer
Line management –lead, support and mentor
Skills & experience:
2+ years’ experience working in a Conversion Rate Optimisation role
Analytical, with a creative flair and understanding of UX design
Experience developing and managing CRO roadmaps / testing programmes
Strong experience using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Experience working with testing platforms such as Monetate / Optimizely etc.
Experience using tools such as Content Square / Hotjar / SessionCam etc.
Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder management
