Forward Role are working with an exciting, growing agency in Manchester who are looking for a creative, digital expert with a passion for analytics and data to join the business to lead, grow and shape the Conversion Rate Optimisation function.
The agency work with a varied and impressive client base. However, you will need to bring a creative flair as this role will play a key role in on boarding and developing new partnerships through developing excellent campaigns.
- Testing – working with a variety of testing tools, creating hypothesis and running tests
- Implementing tags using GTM to monitor customer behaviour using GA
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis/research
- Work in collaboration with other teams to deliver the best result for the client
- Identify trends and problem areas
- Understanding the customer through user research and analysis
- Working to continuously improve brand and customer experience
- Previous experience in a CRO focused role
- Strong analytical experience using GA
- UX Design understanding – wireframing
- User research and testing experience
- Experience using a variety of a/b testing tools
- Creative mind and attention to detail
