I've just taken on a great new role for an expansive education provider based in Manchester who are looking for a talented Creative Lead to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to lead on all of their intergrated creative campaigns with a predominant focus on delivering digital campaigns, working alongside their internal UX team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaison with internal clients to assess marketing requirements and to deliver and gain sign off for effective creative solutions
  • Accountable for the development of new creative solutions and campaigns across print/DM, advertising, web, email in support of marketing recruitment and retention objectives
  • Manage the Design Team’s ability to deliver and develop creative campaigns ensuring they represent the brand well and align with product and business strategy
  • Design and update work in latest Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) plus developing working in latest digital software such as Sketch and prototyping tools.
  • Lead team to liaising with publications and external advertisers (digital and print) to submit artwork to agreed deadlines and specification
  • Support Head of Design & UX with drive on digital communications - linking email, web and online deliveries to the user and a quality brand experience at all times
  • Work closely with Senior Web Designer to ensure campaigns are linked closely to our standards and processes expected for UX and UI on our websites.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop new processes and templates to enable smooth operation of design studio and delivery of communications
  • Responsible for ensuring Brand guidelines are followed and that all campaign communications are consistent and aligned, in the brand's message strong and clear.
  • Work closely with Head of Design & UX to support brand decisions, online & offline developments and creative solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop new processes and templates to enable smooth operation of design studio and delivery of communications
  • Responsible for the leadership and management of a close knit design team
  • Sponsor individual development and succession planning for direct reports

What they're looking for: 

  • A creative designer with over 5years experience 
  • Hands on experience managing a team as well as working as a hands on designer and managing tight deadlines, understanding budget management and effective delegation of tasks
  • You'll have delivered numerous intergrated design campaigns utilising a multi channel approach 
  • Extensive experience with the adobe CC 
  • Skills with Sketch and/or Axure are a bonus 
  • Clear presentation skills and the ability to communicate with C-Suite internal stakeholders
