Full Time: £45,000 - £55,000 PA

Working with a global leader within the retail/ecommerce sector, I’m on the search for an experienced Creative Director/Art Director with commercial experience working on large scale – big budget creative campaigns.

In this role you will be responsible for not only the design and production of a number of innovative creative campaigns but also the day-to-day running of the studio. You will be expected to lead by example, managing a team ranging from Graphic Designers to content specialist, managing the workload and delegating responsibilities accordingly.

You will also be heavily influential on the creative output, using your experience to push the creative forward, always striving for bigger and better things…

I’m looking for a leader with an unrivalled background in campaign ideation who does not shy away from managing a brief from concept to creation.

Key Skills:

- At least 3 years’ working in a senior creative position or similar.

- Strong interest in researching and implementing new design trends and styles.

- Ability to lead on creative campaigns.

- Strong people management skills.

- Hands on creative with the ability to work on commercial Adobe software.

- Keen interest in art directions.
