Job Title: CRM Analyst

Location: Deeside

Salary: £32,000

As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking a talented CRM Analyst with SQL expertise to join the team and monitor CRM Campaign data at a customer level.

If so, we want to hear from you. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising CRM strategies, utilising your marketing knowledge and SQL proficiency to help us enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies that align with our business goals.
• Data Analysis: Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources, turning raw data into valuable insights both pre and post campaign
• Segmentation: Create and manage customer segments based on behaviour, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
• Campaign Optimisation: Monitor and optimise email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective.
• Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Automation: Implement data automation workflows to streamline processes and increase efficiency

What will you need?

• Proven experience as a CRM Analyst in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation.
• Strong interest in multi-channel marketing – on and offline
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
