The CRM Marketing Analyst will be joining the expanding and innovative team. Data is well established and truly valued across the business, but they are always looking for ways to be better, more innovative and truly data-driven.

The focus of the CRM Marketing Analyst will be to identify trends and insight from customer and marketing data, which can be used to drive acquisition, retention and customer loyalty. Day to day, you will be making recommendations based on your analysis to support and improve the CRM strategy, looking for the best ways the segment and deliver personalised campaigns.

What will you be doing?

  • Measuring the effectiveness of CRM activity, providing regular reports and evaluating campaign ROI.
  • Utilising customer insights to optimise CRM marketing activity.
  • Identifying areas in customer segments for personalisation opportunities, and using churn/predictive models to drive personalised communications and product offerings.
  • Build and deliver reports and dashboards to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use knowledge and insights from data to make recommendations on ways to improve customer LTV  and customer retention.
  • Champion a test and learn culture.

Skills & experience:

  • Data Analytics experience, ideally working with CRM, Marketing, Campaign and Customer data.
  • Extensive use of SQL and Excel. Exposure to Python/R would be useful but not essential.
  • Using tools such as Tableau for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Experience creating and working with customer segmentation and personalised marketing.
  • Understanding of CRM test and learning approach
  • Ability to pull insights from complex data sets and make recommendations to stakeholders for improvements and identify areas of opportunity
