I’m working alongside one of the biggest FMCG Brands within the UK who are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to come in and enhance the level of service provided in order to maximise customer engagement with the brand. This will involve working alongside different teams with the aim to grow the customer base.

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract offering pay of £30-40k PA which would be dependent on experience. The role offers hybrid working allowing you the opportunity to WFH for up to 4 days a week, attending the client site which is a short commute outside London with great transport links from Central London. The client is looking for someone to come in with a creative mind set to support the constant growth of the company through the use of the tools provided as well as support both the Experience CRM/Head of CRM with the aim of enhancing the customer experience. This will be a very hands on role with the client wanting someone who is looking to get themselves stuck in from day 1 creating change as well as bringing out your creative side.

Key Responsibilities

-          Reporting to the Experience CRM Manager/Head of CRM

-          End to end campaign management of Email/SMS and Push Notification campaigns

-          Utilizing the tools provided in order to provide successful campaigns

-          Using the data provided to continue growing the FMCG brand

-          Liaising with the creative teams to ensure content is engaging

-          Aligning with the companies policies to ensure all process are followed with order and decency

Essential Skills:

-          CRM/ Email campaign management experience

-          Analytical skills – Great for someone who loves numbers

-          Previous CRM system use

-          Understanding the market and how to engage customers

-          Segmenting experience
