Our client is looking for an exceptional CRM professional to drive through the next phases of their Customer Strategy to be "best in class" and at te forefront of the market.
A senior member of our global digital team, you'll develop and apply the strategy across all customer segments globally. That means setting KPIs for customer retention and building multi-channel programmes.
Key segments will need bespoke programmes and extra care and attention. Whatever the task, you'll rely on insight, analysis and collaboration to make plans and get them off the ground. Therell be the opportunity work with internal teams and dealers to exploit opportunities and get their CRM tool into action.

A skilled CRM professional and Campaign Manager, you have a solid analytical background.
You'll have worked in areas such as propensity modelling, customer profiling and targeting, direct-to-customer communications, targeting models, and retention and churn approaches.
With this broad experience, youll be a confident, credible expert: able to implement a CRM system into both sales and service organisations.
And thanks to great communication skills, you can present data and lead the Email Marketing Manager.
But at the heart of your talents lies strong, unwavering customer focus. Able to build a multi-channel CRM environment, you'll have the motivation to get results and make things happen.
