Forward Role is proud to be partnering with established, high growth, B2C business that are looking to recruit a CRM Executive to support the CRM Manager and join their growing in-house marketing team of 20.
With a Chief Marketing Officer that is passionate about CRM, financial backing from investors, a recent renovation of the internal IT systems and databases and large marketing budgets, this business can guarantee you will have all the resources available to make your ideas a reality and make a significant impact in CRM and the business.
In their vibrant and collaborative office, you'll have the chance to share your innovative ideas and put your stamp on various aspects of CRM across email, direct mail, app and SMS as well as contribute to other areas of Marketing.
You will experience a wealth of opportunities from day one, with the freedom to implement new ideas for segmentation, optimization and personalisation.
What you will be doing:
Work with the CRM Manager to create campaign plans and behaviour-focused direct mail and emails
Coordinate with wider Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all channels, and liaise with the Contact Centre to keep them informed of plans and promotions.
Contribute to the development of testing plans to measure effectiveness and use insights to improve future actions.
Identify new CRM opportunities, presenting potential benefits and execution methods to the broader Sales and Marketing department.
Execute outcome-driven marketing campaigns in alignment with business practices, emphasising compelling and tailored messaging for specific customer segments.
Support the creation of direct mail and email campaigns, from initial concept to managing revisions until final approval.
Cultivate expertise in utilizing email marketing deployment tools, continually staying updated to maintain a competitive edge.
Contribute to the assessment of campaign performance and integrate findings into future initiatives.
Analyse email campaign performance using key metrics and benchmarks.
Provide recommendations for future email marketing strategies based on the results observed.
What you will need:
Previous experience in a CRM Marketing role
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Able use own initiative as well work as part of a team
Can prioritise and multi-task
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
Proactive, with a can-do attitude
The ability to think up fresh, new ideas and a curiosity in the future of digital communications
