I’m excited to be supporting an innovative Fintech company who are currently looking to add an ambitious CRM executive to a strong and continually growing CRM team. This role is being advertised on a temporary basis with the potential of a permanent contract being offered. You’ll be stuck in from your first day supporting the wider team in building strong relationships with our stakeholders on the services we provide. This is a Hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office (Mondays & Tuesdays). Free parking is also offered
About the role:
Collaborating with the Head of Customer & CRM Managers creating engaging and personalised campaigns to the correct target audiences
Organisational skills are extremely important for this position as you will be expected to create, setup, schedule and report on Email campaigns
Analyse customer behaviour, preferences and purchasing patterns alongside looking at ways which can drive growth and generate interest for partners
This role involves a lot of segmenting to make sure campaigns are gaining the maximum exposure
About you:
Have had hands on experience with CRM systems within either a CRM or Marketing function
Are looking for an opportunity that is fast paced and hands on from the first day. This is a great opportunity to show your skills whilst working and learning from a supportive senior team
Have a strong attention to detail whilst being able to work to tight deadlines
You are passionate about CRM and more specifically the fintech sector
Experience within a B2B environment is also highly beneficial
