This role will reporting into the Marketing director who is building out a best in class marketing team and is a fantastic opportunity to become part of something on the cusp of becoming huge!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase engagement and activation of registered customers and drivers
  • Establish and build out the CRM function within the business, identifying key segments, set up campaign automations, and look for opportunities to optimise
  • Conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect driver and customer lifecycle, with a key emphasis on activation and retention strategy
  • Designing and implementing customer and driver advocacy programmes to promote business visibility and increase customer and driver loyalty
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to key stakeholders, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
  • Create strong and compelling content and have a good eye for detail when proofreading collateral for both online and offline communications
  • Report and manage the performance of campaigns and marketing activity and make recommendations to further develop their approach and continually improve ROI
  • Thoroughly understand their key services and customer and driver profiles to be able to clearly articulate these with their audiences

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working within CRM or campaign marketing
  • Experience using an email service provider, e.g. Zoho Campaigns or similar
  • High resilience & positive attitude – able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and experience writing customer facing communications
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and deliver simultaneous projects on time
  • Problem solver and solution-based individual who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly
  • Experience with analytics tools and proven track record of leveraging customer data and insights to create commercial marketing opportunities
  • A team player who can work on their own but also enjoys working as part of a team
  • Have a robust understanding of both online and offline marketing communication disciplines
