CRM Manager - Food/Beverages - FMCG

London - Hybrid

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

 

Are you looking for a role where you can be the in-house CRM expert and drive the function?

 

Breaking into the FMCG and Food/Beverages industry, this exciting brand are growing at a rapid speed having seen a growth of over 50% in the last year alone. As an ambitious brand with big plans for the future, they have partnered with a leading UK retailer as well as stocking their products online through their own DTC website. Looking to break into international markets, they will soon be a leader in their space.

 

You will sit amongst the marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to develop a retention strategy through email and loyalty initiatives. You’ll bring a passion for CRM and data driven insights to continually improve the customer experience and drive revenue YoY.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CRM function, developing a retention strategy focussing on maximising engagement and LTV

  • Develop and implement a loyalty scheme to maximise return purchases and brand development

  • Execute campaigns and journey flows - Email and SMS

  • Report on key metrics and utilise customer insights

  • Present key findings weekly/monthly to ensure effective optimisation

  • Adopt and encourage and ‘test and learn’ approach to continually drive improvement

  • Be the resident CRM expert

  • Ecommerce responsibilities including managing content across site - blogs etc

 

Key skills:

  • Similar experience in a CRM role, ideally a start-up environment

  • 2+ years experience in leading the CRM function

  • Strong skills in using ESPs, ideally Klaviyo

  • Shopify experience to support ecommerce teams

  • Experience in reporting tools and analytics - Google Analytics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate across teams

  • Experience in using loyalty software
