CRM Manager

£45,000 + Bonus & 30 days holiday allowance + plus bank holidays

Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Forward role are working with the power house behind the UK's largest lifestyle subscription products, who offer loyalty, reward and acquisition products across Dining Memberships, Cinema, Fitness and Coffee.

They are a CRM Managers dream – specialists in acquisition, engagement and loyalty!

With a strong background in customer lifecycle marketing you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the end to end customer comms journey across email, SMS and push, maximising engagement, usage and retention rates across all B2C subscription products.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all customer comms journeys – including all transactional, automated and engagement comms
• Reporting effectiveness against key retention metrics including engagement, usage and retention rates
• Developing and managing the testing and optimisation plans
• Supporting Head of CRM on wider CRM strategy
• Management and development of a CRM Executive
• Working closely with other Marketing, Customer Services and Insight team to deliver the best possible customer experiences.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 12-18 months B2C CRM experience in a Manager role or several years in Senior Exec role
• Confident and experienced with complex segmentation and journey building (experience with Adobe Campaign desirable)
• Experience planning and optimising end to end customer journey comms
• Good relationship builder – ability to work effectively with wide variety of stakeholders at different levels
• Confident line manager able to develop and support the CRM Executive
