CRM Manager - Hybrid

CRM Manager

£40,000 + Bonus


Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office and 3 remote)

Forward Role are working with an innovative, fast moving Fintech business to recruit a CRM Manager to help them achieve their growth ambitions.

The driven CRM Manager will showcase the businesses capabilities and take their B2B partnerships to next level. They are already partnered with some of the biggest brands on the high street and are now determined to link with more businesses to expand their finance proposition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be responsible for some of their key B2B partner relationships and finding ways to accelerate the growth of these accounts.
  • Working within their Marketplace and New Business Squad, you’ll be the go-to person for a number of their B2B embedded finance partners and will carry out in-depth analysis of customer journeys and marketing communications to improve conversion.
  • As they bring more B2B introducers into the business, you will need to get these accounts up and running, report on performance KPIs stakeholders and make improvement recommendations.

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering growth initiatives and improving the performance of key accounts?

They would like you to be experienced in furthering client relationships, able to spot an excellent growth opportunity and have a keen eye for a stellar marketing campaign.

CRM should be your bread and butter, knowledge of the finance industry would be advantageous in this role, and you’ll need to be both a team player and a self-starter.
