Forward Role have partnered with a well-known Transport brand to find an enthusiastic CRM & Loyalty Manager who will play a key role in acquiring and retaining customers through diverse digital media channels.

By leveraging data analysis and insights, you will develop effective strategies and execute them seamlessly. This involves analyzing data, generating innovative ideas, crafting proposals, and overseeing the creative and technical aspects using the Salesforce platform.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with customer experience, commercial teams, and external suppliers to create comprehensive CRM and Loyalty plans that span the entire customer lifecycle.
