Forward Role have partnered with an established Travel business to find an innovative and dynamic CRM Marketing Executive to join their esteemed marketing team. This is a chance to collaborate with exceptionally talented individuals in the travel industry and unleash your full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on managing their email marketing program to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and brand standards, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in marketing campaign management software, email marketing platforms, or customer database platforms would be advantageous.
- Employ strategies to understand customer behavior and sentiment, suggesting relevant content and conducting tests.
- Regularly collaborate with the commercial, partnership, and in-house design teams.
- Select appropriate images for campaigns.
- Take ownership of content provision and collation, securing supplier sign-off.
- Craft compelling copy for hotels, destinations, special offers, and blog posts, liaising with external copywriters when necessary.
- Proficient in HTML or design skills would be beneficial.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to measure and analyze campaign performance, providing well-substantiated management information reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the partnerships team to offer campaign performance insights to their commercial sponsors and recommend future growth opportunities.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a full-time marketing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality, comfortable liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven, passionate, and enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach.
- Problem-solving mindset to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Thrives in a team environment while also capable of working autonomously.
- Effective multitasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with a sense of ownership and a focus on delivering impactful results.
