CRM/Campaign Analyst

Forward Role are working with a fantastic, multi-award winning retail business. The company has performed above and beyond and exceeded targets with continued growth.  It’s fast-paced, innovative and an extremely exciting place to work!

The analytics and CRM functions are developing further every day, running a large-scale CRM programme to help shape and build the business strategy. The business understand the value of data and aim for it to be central and run through the entire company.

As a CRM Analyst you will be working across the full customer life cycle, and supporting the wider CRM function through optimising the customer journey.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive customer communications with the aim to improve customer experience, build customer loyalty and improve overall business performance
  • Design, develop and deliver accurate and relevant customer selections
  • Deliver bespoke and informative analysis to help improve, shape and optimise customer and marketing campaigns
  • Provide insights and present recommendations to drive future campaign plans and marketing activity

Skills & experience:

  • 1+ year experience in a CRM/Campaign or Customer/Marketing Analytics roles
  • Be analytical and data literate
  • Have experience working with campaign management tools such as Salesforce, Unica or Adobe etc.
  • SQL experience would be of interest – not essential
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
