Forward Role are working with an premium international fitness business whose digital transformation is leading the way in a traditionally archaic sector.

They are looking for a CRM specialist to help them deliver commercially effective customer journeys digitally via on-point segmentation, and personalised communications. 

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, and in collaboration with the Marketing Team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of emails, SMS, and push notifications by creating best-in-class, innovative campaigns.

The role:

  • Ownership and delivery of the customer communication plan, making sure it always meets customer and commercial needs.

  • Supporting with the delivery of the promotional plan across the digital channels.

  • Implementing email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns.

  • Outlining the A/B testing plan to keep learning and refining campaigns.

  • Working with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.

  • Analysing the performance of campaigns to produce performance optimisation reports and recommendations.

  • Working with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to deliver the promotional plan across the digital channels (website, digital acquisition channels).

What you will need:

  • You'll have previous experience in a Digital CRM / Email Marketing role.

  • Working knowledge of building email, SMS, and push campaigns within an ESP platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) along with an understanding of Google Analytics

  • You'll be self-motivated and enjoy showing initiative, especially with new email campaign ideas, having your finger on the pulse of CRM and consumer trends.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical and technical mind-set.

  • Excellent collaboration / team player, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Proactive with a healthy ‘can do’ attitude.
