As CRM Executive – Retention you’ll be responsible for finding effective ways of engaging current members, ensuring they get the most out of their membership

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will work across all types of campaigns focussed on retaining customers through automated campaigns, weekly email sends, push notifications and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an email plan which consists of different kinds of engagement comms focussed on giving members everything they need to fully utilise their membership.
  • Develop and implement testing roadmaps for each automation, aimed at maximising KPI’s. Results of these tests should be shared regularly with CRM team and deeper insights shared with wider marketing team.
  • Support the CRM Manager on defining, developing and testing new marketing automations, as well as testing and optimising existing automations.
