CRO ANALYST

A retail powerhouse, home to a number of well-loved brands, is looking for a CRO Analyst. The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate and have a love for data.

As a CRO Analyst, you will be supporting the CRO function across a variety of brands, with the aim to drive improvements and optimise the customer journeys. You will be delivering detailed, accurate analysis for multiple website, understanding performance, and supporting with test planning and prioritisation within the CRO roadmap.

About the role

  • Build and manage all CRO reporting, delivering captivating dashboards and visualisations
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer behaviours through analysis - customer journeys, funnel analysis, heat maps, session recording and user research
  • Deliver high quality insight and make recommendations around test proposals
  • Supporting the CRO team in running A/B Tests and calculating the statistical significance
  • Be responsible for robust tracking and data collection, maintaining and deploying tags
  • Work closely with the CRO and wider ecommerce team, communicating and presenting complex information in an easily digestible way

About you

  • Solid experience working in a CRO/Web/Digital/Product Analyst role
  • Extensive Google Analytics, DataStudio and SQL experience
  • Extensive background in calculating A/B test statistical significance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ecommerce environment
  • Proven experience of uncovering insights, and driving data driven improvements
  • Understanding of A/B Testing and UX best practice
