Customer Insight Analyst

Forward Role are working with an exciting business in Manchester who are passionate about professional development. Due to recent growth, the business are recruiting a Customer Insight Analyst to join the vibrant team.
- Provide detailed analysis on the customer and product to provide insight to drive business strategy
- Deliver proactive and informative management information to keep ahead of the market
- Lead critical business decision making through the use of insightful analysis on the customer base
- Develop a clear understanding of product and channel performance to identify opportunities and risk
- Deliver accurate ad hoc customer insight analysis across the business
- Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement
- Aim to increase customer retention
Skills / experience:
- Experience in SAS is essential
- 3+ years experience in a marketing based analytical role
- Ability to drive commercial decision making through the use of data and insight
- Excellent problem solving skills
