Customer Insight Analyst


Up to £38,000

Forward Role are working with an exciting business in Manchester who are passionate about professional development. Due to recent growth, the business are recruiting a Customer Insight Analyst to join the vibrant team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed analysis on the customer and product to provide insight to drive business strategy
  • Deliver proactive and informative management information to keep ahead of the market
  • Lead critical business decision making through the use of insightful analysis on the customer base
  • Develop a clear understanding of product and channel performance to identify opportunities and risk
  • Deliver accurate ad hoc customer insight analysis across the business
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement
  • Aim to increase customer retention

Skills / experience:

  • Experience in SAS is essential
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing based analytical role
  • Ability to drive commercial decision making through the use of data and insight
  • Excellent problem solving skills
