Due to extraordinary success and continued growth, the business are recruiting a Senior Customer Insight Manager. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Customer Analytics specialist to join an entrepreneurial and ambitious team.
The Customer Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Insight Analysts; supporting the delivery of insights and identifying opportunities for improvement to the customer journey.
Role & responsibilities:
Manage, lead, mentor and develop a team of Customer Insight Analysts
Delivering insight to stakeholders on customer insight and customer performance
Providing continuous support to other functions such as CRM & Digital – measuring performance, and insight to drive ROI
Have ownership of and lead the development of customer segmentations
Build an understanding of the customer life cycle and how trade activity impacts it
Work closely with stakeholders across the business, presenting insight and analysis
Supporting stakeholders with data driven decision making
Skills & experience:
Strong background in Customer Insight Analytics
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Good leadership and team management experience
SQL, Google Analytics and R/Python/SAS
Highly analytical, natural problem solved
Proven experience of driving decisions through data
