Customer Support Engineer – API/Data/SaaS
My client is a VC backed software provider that is seriously going places. Following a year of successful funding and growth, they are looking to expand their customer support offering and are looking for a talented engineer who can support the customer onboarding process. Working between the customer and the technology team, you will be the key customer interface during the onboarding process. The software is a workflow automation tool and is integrated through APIs. You will understand API endpoints and data structures so that you’ll be able to effectively communicate tech information to customers. An ability to Interpret 3rd party API documentation will be useful too. You will also provide ongoing technical support to the customer troubleshooting issues and providing resolution. You’ll have ideally worked in an application or data support background and have brilliant customer focused skills.
The role is paying £45,000 and would need travel to the Manchester HQ on a regular basis.
