Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Coach/Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in educating and training our next generation of cyber professionals. Your responsibilities will include;

• Conducting engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various cyber security topics.

• Developing customised training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance understanding and retention.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to provide relevant and current information to participants.

• Providing one-on-one coaching and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their cyber security skills.

• Assisting in the design and implementation of cyber security awareness campaigns.

Desired Qualifications;

• Strong background in cyber security with relevant experience.

• Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable and relatable manner.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Recognised industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

• Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences, from entry-level employees to high-level executives.
