Forward Role are partnered with a UK leading agency who are expanding their Insight function.

The agency are focused on connecting consumers with brands, through creative marketing campaigns. As an Insight Manager, you will be working with big brands and household names in FMCG and Retail, whilst utilising data to help drive brand awareness.

The Insight Manager will be managing a small team of data driven specialists, with the overall aim of delivering insightful campaign evaluation and offer actionable recommendations to help drive future strategy for clients. You will be leading the measurement and reporting across performance, trends – building a specialist knowledge of the market, being industry experts.

‘What else will I be doing?’

  • Lead and coach a high performing team who provide on-going analysis of offline and digital campaigns.
  • Be responsible for data management, and delivering accurate and useful insights.
  • Creating and delivering in-depth, actionable insights and reports.
  • Drive innovative projects through spotting opportunities in data – e.g. targeting techniques
  • Enhancing evaluation methods for Omni channel – measuring performance across on and offline channels
  • Delivering compelling post campaign analysis and evaluation to clients
  • Delivering on going and ad hoc analysis across campaign, customer, sales

Skills & experience:

  • Experience working in a marketing focused Insight / Analytics role
  • Experience managing a small team
  • A strong understanding of retail, FMCG, ecommerce or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills and regression modelling experience
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with R/Python or similar would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to develop relationships with clients
